Revise the root of the HAO

Need to reconsider the root of the HAO. Should be built on CARO. Look at DGAO for examples.

Examples of concepts to revisit:

tagma - is the mesosoma a tagma?

what is an appendage? Used in DGAO but undefined.

Also need to reconsider larva-specific structures. Their incorporation will likely require the addition of many new terms. For example spinneret (id: 1651) currently has two relationships: part_of labium and part_of larva. Should this be changed to part_of larval labium, which in turn is part_of larval mouthparts, etc.? What about a relationship such as is_larva_specific true?
